Welcome to your new campus home. Trojan Buildings is a collection of five popular apartment buildings on beautiful Ellendale Place, a few blocks from the USC campus. All our buildings have gated entries with available on-site parking. All are located within the DPS security patrol zone. There are many outdoor, quiet gathering places and our experienced on-site management team is always available to help.

We are now PRE-LEASING for the 2024-2025 school year with May-August move ins!
